1 5/8" coarse drywall screws predrilled 1 1/2" to prevent splitting.

Tite Bond for the glue.

This is for 3/4"MDF.

For fiberglass to mdf I use 1 1/2" coarse drywall screws, predrilled 1 1/2".

Liquid Nails for the fiberglass to mdf parts, Tite Bond for MDF to MDF.

Don't use Liquid Nails on an all MDF box, I ONLY use it to attach fiberglass to MDF.
