Whats the 6" aero cutout size?

I'm 100% positive it's 8 3/8".
I just measured //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

flange's are 3/8" on each side, overall width is a 32nd short of 9.25", leaving a 32nd under 8.5"

Just found out that 8 7/16 makes a nice snug fit, port presses in solid

8 1/2 leaves wiggle room //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

1/16 of an inch leaves that much wiggle room?

Maybe your cuts ****. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Cuts were done with a jasper jig so thats not it, maybe I'm just being picky //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Since the ports don't have much of a lip for mounting its nice to have them snug on the inside collar of the port too. Will probably put a wrap or two of duct tape on the collar of the port to snug it up, ghetto but should take up the little slack there is.

I'm probably dumb and missing it on the psp site somewhere, but does anybody know the cutout diameter for a 6" psp aero?

8 3/8" is the perfect size. They fit nice and tight.
