This is a build for 4- 8" L7's. Customer sent me design specs, I believe around 3 cubes. He will be installing the 6" Port himself.

Here are the pics...

is that even enough space for them? i would think two-three in proper space would get a lot louder.. or even 12's
Thats almost right in the middle of what Kicker recommends for airspace. Remember, they are just 8's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

And Ken, sorry no more pics. Should have it wrapped tomorrow for you.

Dude, you are the only other person I have seen use a tong and grove. Awesome work
Thats old news //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Been doing it like this for like 7 years....

that is why your da bestest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually had a debate here a few years back about glue, nails... anyways, I put out a challenge to who ever it was that I could build them a box that didn't have a single nail, screw or glue (caulk in interior for sealing, depending on moisture content of wood) that they could not blow apart with what ever sub/amp combo they wanted to use. I would use all dovetail joints and 4 wood pins. No one piped up:rolleyes:

Anyways, I haven't seen any builds on here that had tong and grove joints. I was impressed. Good for you going the extra mile;)

In order to answer your question, I would need to know what model (e.g. SW4200, SW7524DVC). Also, are you looking to make a ported box or sealed?
