Sonic Electronix is making me mad

was it in stock? i've never had any problems with them.

They wanted me to call my bank and verify that the address i was sending them to was acutally my address or the would not ship it

how would they know if you called your bank or not???

i did not have any problem with them.

Ordered from them earlier this week, got my stuff today.

They should have sent you a confirming email, as well as a tracking number via your email

i have bought from sonic and they ship in about 2 days from when you order it, sometimes sooner depending on what time u order the stuff. I have had nothing but good experiences from them, they replaced a amp that I blew. So their customer service is pretty good for an online company. Only problem i have with them is that they make you sign for the package, which is annoying but you can always have UPS hold it @ the dist center.

i had to do this on a website that i was ordering bowling equipment from.

being as you used your friends account, did you ship to his address or yours? If yours they probably thought phony stuff was going on.

when paying with a card, they require that you ship to an address that is on your bank account information.

use paypal, and you wont have any issues.

^ ya like he said differnt billing and shipping adress will throw a red flag.

Lots of people have problems with sonic and woofers... A lot of people have pleasant experiences but places aren't judged by when they do well, but when they are at their worst.
