I am new to site listed some items. guy priced dumped my thread and then said I will buy these items from you. gave him all info to send payment waited 2 weeks and pmed him his answer was "I forgot and got something else" but i do still want one item . again waited another week and pm'ed him his answer was o i found something cheaper is this how this site works ?
