I finally got everything coming for my next system...

1 Premier 960

2 sets of JBL 660gti components "60th anniversary edition"

a JBL PX 600.2 amp

4 W10gti MKll subs

1 Crown BPX 2200.1 amp

1 250 amp Iraggi Alt

1 Soundstream 8 farad capacitor

1 Soundstream Powerplant (digital distribution block)

there will be lots of build pics..

I got a bunch of metal fab,fiberglassing and

woodwork to do in this install

and the cap really isn't a waste...the BPX amps are power hungry

alternator eating machines..I got a small graveyard full of dead

alternators from my two BPX 1100.1 amps

with the 250 amp alt 2 yellowtops

and the cap I'm more than covered..and it's a nice looking cap:)

I'll post pics as stuff gets done

I got a 250 amp alt a roll of 0/1 gage and two yellow tops...

I don't think my electrical system needs upgrading..

the cap is for show..it's got a digital dissplay...

plus I get all my stuff for dealer cost so the price is not

all that bad..

 
Subscribed. Looking forward to this. I've seen some of your enclosure builds and they're impressive to say the least.

my subs are supposed to be here this week as well as the PX 600.2

and the components will be shortly behind

I already have the BPX 2200.1 and the Iraggi 250 amp alt

the cap,head unit and power station have all arrived

 
I wish I could say it's going into a Hummer..but it's not...

I got a 1993 Ford Topaz ..it's not sporty but it's in really

good shape and it has the V6..

the back seat is going bye bye to make room for the

4 W10gti subs

Sub Woofer Install!!
Those subs are 400w RMS each, and that dual enclosure is 800w RMS with a 2ohm load. That's a 4ch amp that does 55w x 4 @ 4ohm, & 75w x 4 @ 2ohm...
