Rounded edges. Set the **** roundover down to far nothing a little sandpaper wont fix(its in the back corner and only one spot but aftger some sanding it looks fine).

I need to package it up and get the final weight and stuff for the label. Most likely tommorow after noon as i just finished it up and havent gotten any boxes yet.

Awesome work!

 

No bracing on the sealed enclosure? That's going to be a ton of pressure with those three subs. That back panel looks too long to not flex.

Yeah good point i might put some in there but that is going to bring down the voume more. Its barely 3 cubes as it is. Up to jiggy i guess.

Doubt it'll need it, running about 700 watts to the three. SQ setup!

Looks nice, do you just use glue or any other type of bracing? If only glue how long do you let it set?

Box looks great, but I'm more worried about your router. Why in the name of Jesus are you using a fixed base to cut out circles? That would take forever :crap:
