Tuckerbucket aka Michael Mitchell has just screwed me over for $40. I sent him payment via paypal after talking to him for a few days and seeing that he had good feedback from a few others. After I sent payment, he never responded to my emails or PM's ... Sh*tty deal that he had to do that over $40. Hopefully karma kicks him in the ass ...

If u paid with a Visa/Mastercard call up ur CC company and do a chargeback. Otherwise file a claim with Paypal. You'll get ur $$ back. once a claim is opened his account is locked so he cannot withdraw the cash.

If he does a chargeback Paypal will eat the expense and he will be refunded. Otherwise, you are correct.
