Zapco 100x to Alpine 7983?

Hi guys. I need some info on the Zapco 100x. It says in the manual that you should hook up the amp to your headunit through the "SIG REF" terminal. Does anyone know anything about this? Do I need a special plug or something? Thanx.

I'm not familiar with that specific Zapco...but with my Zaps, you have to use an adapter if you wish to connect the amp to an RCA output of a headunit. Does your amp have a connection that is round and looks like it has six pins that could go into it...kinda like a S-Video from your house? If so...contact a Zapco dealer and you can get the adapter...they are about $20...
