Looking to build up another server. I need the following :

Socket A motherboard, no cheap shit, not looking to pay retail.

2Gb RAM compatible with the motherboard, combining the two would be nice.

Socket A processor, I may get one from a member on here, still deciding...

Graphics card, preferably PCI, but if motherboard has AGP, AGP will work too.

Case, I like plain black cases...

Hard drives - 200GB-500GB

Looking to spend as little as possible!

You should with local Goodwill/thrift stores. You may find what you're looking for at a reasonable price and be benefitting a worthy cause.

Yeah, I did go to the only one around here, but they had dinosaurs running Windows 95. No usable components, at least for me.

I'm going to have a socket 478 motherboard, 2.8Ghz cpu & 1 gb of ram + PSU up for sale soon...

motherboard supports AGP, the ram is Crucial Ballistix PC4000, the CPU is either a prescott or northwood, thats seems to slip me right now.

PM me if interested, it was my old network server that is being replaced with rackmount servers.

Also if interested the Antec case its housed in...its the common old school Full ATX tower, and as usual broken door...but it closes perfectly...the stupid hindge is broken...

I'm interested in the RAM, PSU, and Case. Can I get pictures of the case? Not in too big of a rush right now for these parts, as I have to figure out what OS I am going to be using, since the components I will be using are a little old.

Well I want the sell the whole lot as one shot...so no joy on splitting it up...rather throw it on ebay if that was the case...

I'm running Windows Server 2003 on it right now...

And its running fairly smooth, no hiccups....

I have an athlon xp 2400 chip and a board that may or may not work. the board was an Abit AN7. I haven't fired that thing up in years. It has to be socket A? I also have a athlon 6400 chip but it's 939.
