The ignorance in this thread is astounding. But what should I expect, it is CA.com. Anyway I am sure all of the people bad mouthing soccer has really put sometime in to the sport to really know what it is like and I am sure all are top notch athletes with full ride scholarships in these other sports. 

The World cup is the single biggest sporting event, period.

Well I am not here to knock soccer. I think it is a sport that takes a lot of talent. I am just not one to watch it due to it not being that exciting to me. This is coming from someone who has played 19 years of organized baseball and was scouted by the Seattle Rainers which is the Seattle Mariners triple A team. I would have made it to if it wasnt for a bad car accident I was in that I could never fully recoupe from. Some people just dont like it. Has nothing to do with if you had ever played a sport for a long time or not. Hell I know people that have played years of organized soccer that just dont like it anymore. Such is the way of life sometimes. but great response, as long as you understand that what bothers me is the schmucks that bad mouth the sport and have never really experienced it to make a real world well founded statement. But hey, what should I expect, 90% of the people on here that hype of equipment have never even been around it in the first place.

hahaha some of them were actually crying.

They expected an easy victory.

Sweden controlled the time of possession (by far) and had like 4x more shots on goal than Trinidad.
