Witch amp for 2 pair of boston 6.5 pros??

I am tinkin of getting the alpine mvr-f407 or the mvr-f307 but i am not shure of witch is best for my speaker to tell you the truth im not pretty shure of how mutch power i need for them, your opinion will really help!!
