And let's be real here every administration has some sort of problem with sending in all records including deleting emails. It just wasn't his administration every one has done it since the law was put into effect because of the Watergate Scandal that took down Nixon. It has done a good job for the most part but every administration deletes or throws something away they shouldn't that should go to the National Archives and Records Administration.

The feds don’t prosecute local crimes or arrest people for attempted murder. That would be mayors of cities who appoint the DAs. They’re responsible for it. Being a red or blue state makes zero difference. It’s common to have a blue city in a red state.

Cities don’t make those laws, and city courts dot handle murder cases.
Superior or supreme courts do.
Superior court judges are elected by the people in a district. If all the districts are voting blue, then it’s not much of a red state.

If you’re not sure where I’m headed, it’s the logic train. Blaming the Democrats for something regarding law and the courts in a Republican state doesn’t follow logical reasoning.

In Johnston County North Carolina where the guy is out on bail for attempted murder (shooting a 17 y.o. in the head), Republican voters outnumber Democrats 55,411 to 40,004.

Unlike the last administration that only wanted accolades but never accepted blame or responsibility, this one gets both.
On the world stage, Trump was a complete joke, and our country was considered a joke because if that. He had zero respect from other world leaders and basically achieved nothing.
Biden is reversing those errors. He isconsidered far more a leader than Trump ever was, and us restoring our positionon that world stage. He was left with lots of damage control. Meh. I don’t actually give a **** to be honest. I was just saying that a democrat led city can exist in a red state and vise versa. When you get charged with a felony it becomes a state charge in district court anyway. My actual point was going to be that national politics is irrelevant in sentencing and bond issues and is just political fodder. I don’t even know the North Carolina story.

I know I received an 8 year sentence for selling marijuana and had a cell mate who only received 6 for numerous violent crimes. I was sentenced in ft. Collins Colorado and he was sentenced in Denver Colorado. The city you get charged in does make a difference and the judge you go in front of matters. In Colorado you never want to get caught for crimes outside of Denver or you’re getting more time.

There is also the issue of some cities charging people with more serious crimes than they actual had done. Denver didn’t charge high enough and ft. Collins would take a theft by receiving charge and try to charge someone with 2nd degree burglary. That’s a big big difference. They get away with it to.
