The point system is used to ensure workers show up for an essential industry that runs 24/7, and to allow for discipline when they don’t play by the rules.Instead of listing things and then asking non rail workers.... ask THEM what Biden could do. The railroad workers are pretty clear with their grievances.
You didn't even list the point system for attendance which is one of the major issues. Getting rid of that would be job #1

That said, you have stated that Biden could screw this up. What would be a “screwup”? Would it be bowing to all of their demands?
Would it be bowing to none?
Would it be bowing to specific ones but not others?
What would be a “screwup” and what would be a “success” for Biden regarding this round of negotiations?
