Ok. It straight out says that new variants increase the risk of reinfection. Are there break through cases yes. Do people still get the flu after getting the seasonal flu shot. Yes. Troll on my friend.
Yep it does but it doesn't back your claim on same variant vaccine infection...

And you're the one implying that I said you can't get the flu after Vaccination...I said it's unlikely you'd catch the targeted variants...read the the cdc stuff I posted and quit skimming for talking points...

Queer enough that he won the IASCA championship. I guess the judges like the results.

He had a Grand National that was the “winningest” car in IASCA’s pro division.
Must have known nothing about car audio.

Wasn't Tom Clark - Richard Clark. Smart dude. Also had the amp challenge for the longest time. I don't know that lasers really made a difference. It was his willingness to tear a dash off and completely rebuild it, custom horns, 10" aperiodic mounted midbass drivers, etc. I wonder what he could accomplish today with relatively cheap but powerful digital processing vs racks of converted pro-audio gear.

It wasn’t “his” version; there were multiple reports of that from the same source. It’s just called reporting. I never saw heart disease from covid reported until the vaccines came out, and I was all over all info I could find on anything about covid and the vaccines and still am. It’s unprofitable to blame anything on the covid vaccines, and I find it suspicious that myocarditis is listed as a factual, known side effect of vaccine, and now so many random things are being blamed for heart problems. Literally heart problems are being normalized now, even for young kids, which covid basically does nothing to them. My jinkies radar is smelling some bullshit, especially since the vaccine is known to cause blood clots, myocarditis, all sorts of havoc in the body on those who suffer symptoms. Kids have gotten myocarditis from the covid mRNA vaccines. The way the media propagates messages at certain times is suspicious as to the truth of what causes what. It just seems like running constant cover for a huge cash cow.

Yes, it's "his version." Tyler Durden isn't just some guy out there reporting the facts, it's pretty clear he has an agenda, narrative, angle... His source is fvcked since they simultaneously claim a 98x jump in myocarditis when vaxxed while admitting they don't have a baseline to measure against. BTW, you can sift through the data out there and find the baseline for myocarditis from covid, it's tracked by the CDC.

You were all over Covid reporting and never heard of heart disease from Covid until the vaccines; that strikes me as nearly impossible. You must have been all over the wrong places then; heart problems from Covid was being reported very early on. I even remember your comrades in arms complaining about heart attacks being blamed on Covid to jack up the death count. Funny how that works - when Covid causes heart issues, it's "fake news," but when the vax does it's part of some sort of gov't cover up even though it's the CDC that's telling us the vax causes myocarditis.

The vaccine causes blood clots, myocarditis, gillian bards syndrome and all the other symptoms that actual covid causes (duh?), only at a greatly reduced rate and with less severity. Not trying to be insulting, but maybe you lack an understanding of how the human immune system works and what causes these symptoms. Reader's digest version, inflammation, clotting, etc are immune responses (or over responses). Your body can have these same responses in reaction to any virus or vaccine. Ie, look up myocarditis symptoms - the look a lot like the flu because you're probably having some mild myocarditis when you catch the flu. So, obviously, compared to the uninfected, you're more likely to have a adverse reaction if you get the vax. OTOH, you're way less likely to have an adverse or severe symptoms if you get vaxxed vs getting Covid - that's just how the math and vaccines work.

As far as I can tell looks like it'll be pretty hard to get through this life without getting some Covid, so you probably should get vaxxed. OTOH, Omicron seems pretty tame, so if you don't get your flu shot, I don't see why you'd run out get the Covid vax. If you've had Covid, then your immune system already knows what to do. The only benefit to having the Covid vax is to stop/slow the spread, but if you're not working healthcare, a nursing home, caring for elderly parents, etc, then I don't see a pressing need for it.

However, if you really fear myocarditis, I'd definitely look at getting the vax, because you have people in cardiac clinics daily suffering long heart issues from covid and very few suffering long term heart issues from the vax. Play the odds.

I feel bad for people who are negatively impacted by the vaccine, but they most likely would have caught Covid and had a much worse go of it.

It still makes no sense to vaccinate someone with a vaccine that doesn’t protect you from a virus, and then double down on the risk of heart problems by vaccinating someone with a vaccine that can cause heart problems to not stop infection from the virus that causes heart problems, where we live in a nation where the highest category of death nationwide is heart problems. Doesn’t seem legit.

I have heart problems, amongst many others, that’s why I didn’t want to take an experimental shot, like so many were illegally forced to do. EUA is not legal to mandate; should be treated as a crime.

The vaccine protected a lot of people from the virus. The vax isn't very effective against Omicron, but Omicron is mild - Delta was much deadlier and the vax was much more effective against that. I'm sure the vax played a large role in Omicron becoming the dominate strain, so you can thank the vaxxed for that. Don't want the vax, don't take it. Work somewhere, where vax's are required, get a religious exemption. If you want to take your chances with the virus rather than the vax, go ahead. That said, if you're truly concerned about your already troubled heart, you might want to look into the prevalence of myocarditis with Covid vs with the vax. Statistics suggest Covid trumps vax when it comes to myocarditis - OTOH, they don't have a breakdown of Omicron vs other variants yet, so maybe myocarditis is really low/mild with Omicron. Your call.

Well, why don't you take it personal and respond with sarcasm.
Well, let’s review:
I post a memory about a guy using science to make his car sound better, since “imaging” and “on axis/off axis” were mentioned.
You respond with the following snark:
Seems like a queer idea. How would you get the lasers to act like sound waves on the materials and panels of the interior? How would you account for sound absorption? I don't think that is the best approach for determining the best speaker positions for imaging.
As usual, I have proof to back up what I say (that he did it), and added proof that it worked, and seemed to work well at the time.

But your biggest takeaway is that *I* had the nerve to give a little snark back to you.
For someone so willing to be an insulting, **********, sarcastic d!ckhead, you sure have a thin skin when the script gets flipped even slightly.

Better memory than me.
Do you remember the size of the horns he had built? Looked like modified JBLs used in movie theater and PA systems. HUGE.
I was into car audio and was already doing installs as a kid when he appeared on the scene (well before I had a shop), and reading about that stuff was beyond another level, almost unimaginable.
