Will weed be legal in nevada?

you guys need to put the pipe down.
YOU WILL NEVER EVER EVER be able to buy marijuana from a store in the USA.

they will never allow that. NEVER! so stfu about it.
You may never be able to buy marijuana from a store, but you will always be able to buy it from the guy standing infront of the store //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Honestly though, aslong as there are 80 year olds in congress with memories of reefer madness, and millions of alcohol lobby dollars in congress things will not change...but that doesn't mean people can't try to push things backwards from local to state to federal.

I wouldn't say a certain bag would do it, every bag I buy has the ability to do it. It depends on your mannar of smoking, if you want to feel that way then you can smoke more or smoke it out of something that will get you 'ripped.'
Just like alcohol, you can drink a bottle, or a case. You will get drunk either way, but one will put you on your ***.

And no, I do not condone driving under the influence of anything, just putting in my experience to the thread.
exactly. when you know your limits, pot can be a very functional drug, and doesn't hinder your ability to go about your normal business. On the same coin, tho, alcohol used in moderation can also have very limited, yet pleasant effects.

But to say pot CANT effect you to the same degree is questionable. Agreed, in a calm surrounding, regardless of how high you are, you can still carry on a conversation (as much extra concentration as it may require) but it can also make certain tasks much harder than they are even on a HUGE quanitity of alcohol.

Watching tv, for instance, and having no idea what you were watching during the commercial break, or changing the channel and then not remembering what you were watching before, or even just watching a tv show, and having absolutely no idea what it's about... or walking and honestly feeling like you're not even moving, like it's taking you an hour to make it up the steps, or literally hours to get your mail, etc. etc.

Mental effects are, imo, much more intense with marijuana, while i definitely agree that physical effects are much stronger with alcohol.

Both can definitely get way past safe in a public environment, tho.

I don't even remember why i'm typing this, heh. I'm gonna go back to work.

I dunno about all that.......Depending on the strain/potency, pot can be pretty ****ing powerful.

I think the only thing that makes pot 'safer' is that when you're high, you REALIZE how f'ed up you are, where with booze, you for whatever reason feel even MORE confident than usual.
Is that the kinda stuff you guys have in Ohio? Hook it up!!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif:veryhapp:

On a side note, If the law does get passed, imagine how much sales would increase in the food industry. Obesity would also shoot through the roof! not that it isn't already through the roof, but you get what I'm saying.

I totaly disagree. Maybe not very soon, but eventually yes you will be able to buy from a store. So many more people at younger ages try weed now and i believe people in congress will change that and start taxing it and selling it in stores. And then the population of dealers would greatly decrease, therefore a couple hommie who do small dealing would be off the street. I think it will be legal before i die and then the next step will be putting it out to the general public for tax money.

i agree but i think it will be more like how canada does it and have smoke shops, i already think we should have our health care like canada and lately that has been a discussion

And some people are a little skeptical about how the government will be able to tax it. As long the growing it isnt legallized, the government will have the upper hand. This is because the government will be able to grow it is such a large mass that they will be able to sell it cheaper and have the one up on the economics of it. Cuz who wants to spend $10-20 on a join when you can get one down at the shop twice as good for half the price?

I hope that wasnt a serious statement...

If the law is passed, it isnt like people who always said 'No to drugs' are going to suddenly decide they want to smoke weed. It will only make it easier to do for the people that do it. That is just the BS propoganda that the government wants you to believe; everyone will become lazey, fat, potheads which just wouldnt happen. The people who are lazey potheads will stay that way, and the hard working nay-sayer will continue to do just that.

I agree. Same way with alcohol. It's not like everyone who likes to have a drink on the weekend goes to work drunk every day.

Yup, that is totally wrong man. Our federal government needs to put more time and money into TRUE detection for DUID's instead of just sitting on that fat ***** and taking in money from Booze lobbyist to not legalize marijuana so booze profits stay up.
I would have lawyer'd up and fought that to the bitter end (but you shouldn't have had to). There is a reason why just roadside tests don't usually constitute enough evidence to convict somebody of a DUI, because its not hard quantifiable data, its somebody's interpretation. That just flat out sucks man.

I'm all for the decrim of marijuana. If you can go to any liquor store and buy enough booze to kill you and your friends, you should atleast be able to buy a joint at the corner store.

the thing about roadside test not being enough is very true. my ex's dad was a cop and had licensing and training in administoring test via machines. and they would call him randomly all the time just to perform these test cause just the roadside hey look you cant even stand up tests did not work. they needed proof. people would take it to court and blame it on something random. so that was his job the majority of the time to show up and machine test them so they could show conclusive results if the tickets were protested.

If its a dank fatty. I assume the government wouldnt be just be sellin swag otherwise they wouldnt really have an edge...but then again, its hard to tell

I was reading about people smoking weed with that shit they put in dead people and how it pretty much paralyzes them. That shit sounds too crazy for me.

Reason #1,273,431 why the gov't should legalize marijuana. No more guessin whats in your weed. Save lives by regulating it, let the FDA give their approval.
