will this push a E12K.44/14

i have an MTX 5 channel amp (25 x 4 + 100) but the sub channel supposedly (according to the birth sheet) will put out 267 watts @ 2 ohms. the E12K's RMS is 350w so i'm worried that 267 watts might not be enough. i have an alpine type S with a svc and just want a few more db than what the type S will put out. is it worth the hassle? any other suggestions appreciated.

yeah...12" type S, sound decent but would like to see if another sub would hit a little harder if i were to wire it 2 ohms instead of 4
