Why can't people drive?

I park taking up 4 stalls so no one gets up close and door dings me.
Yes, I park at the end where theres a huge amount of open spaces closer to the store.

Door dings in an almost all original '69 Chevelle SS would piss me the hell off.

Have you ever had to open the doors all the way on a Chevelle? They are fricking HUGE and take plenty of room to swing open a good amount.

Is it honestly THAT difficult to pull into a parking spot without scraping the car next to it? And do people really not have enough respect for others property to at least leave a note? This seems to happen quite a bit to my family and i'm really getting sick of it. Now there are two scrapes on the side of my front bumper. A few months ago someone put a dent about the size of a basketball in the back of my dads maxima. Luckily we were able to pound it out and it is now unnoticable. Drive in Miami... I dare you.

In Kendall, which is a mostly hispanic-populated part of Miami, if you drive for about 30 minutes you'll see every single traffic law violated blatantly.

In a 30 minute time period in which I was driving through [Thank God I don't live there], I saw 2 accidents happen, I got cut off so many times (we can thank Reggae for my calmness on that one).

One accident I saw, the turn lane had green, but straight didn't... so this big *** truck went in the turn lane, and went to cross and got T'd by a car turning.

Such bad drivers-- I swear.

holy crap. I swear I have almost gotten hit at my school at least a dozen times. Mother****ers cut me off when i go over the speedbumps because i have to go so slow.

Same shit happened to me, but life goes on. I honestly believe your driving abilities are based entirely on who taught you how to drive to begin with. I drive like my father, and the same goes with my friends.

No money or time to do a rebuild. College kills the time. It is actually the old man's chevelle, but I don't remember the last time he actually drove it. I do all the wrenching and maintenance on it, the plan is once I get my full time job in Nov '09 then a couple months in I'll have the cash to buy it outright.

Its the original 396/325hp, 51,xxx miles on it.
