took some "extra strength" perk. for my back but im still in a lot of pain to be honest its been like this for the past day and a half...it really does ****...glad i got to the clubs and whatnot to kinda loosen it up a lil bit but now that im sittin here its starting to hurt like a ***** even with the med's
