Way back when, sometime before namm, I think? When I competed in IASCA/USAC SPL divisions- my best SPL was from 4 Rockford HE2 15's at a metered average of 156.4db. Not too shabby, but always room for improvement...

Instead of who has the most bang, how about who has the most bang for the buck. I mean if you have the money, then it doesn't take much to throw say a dd, or juggernaut just to name a few, in a ported box tuned to the right frequency to slam out some serious SPL. But you also have to take into consideration, that mostly the younger teens are into SPL, I mean I was when I was younger, but now I'm more concerned with SQ. Unfortunately, we can't really compare SQ systems on here, other than stating what we have. Just think about it DB to Dollars, how many db's do you hit per dollar or hundred dollars spent?

Well before it's untimely demise ( your bringing tears to my eyes ) the S-10 put up a 159.7 legal on the dash with two dd 9515's. Only entered one comp with the dd's got second place. well i myself running this test am 17 and i am on a low budget. i am hitting my 156.3 with 4 HE2 12"s so not much buck but a lot of bang.

yeah i'm a commercial driver and got my hands on a mac truck and double trailer. the first trailor houses 213 stroker 18's. the second trailor houses 3 hydrogen fuel cells that power everything. i just got the trailers as well as my truck lowered 16inches and i ordered the ground effects and euro tails. i'm rolling on 33 toxins all around. i win.
