You clearly have never designed an enclosure yourself, have you?

If you have, you would know that different alignments, expecially when placed into different vehicles, result in varying frequency responses, with different peaks, etc.

Ill try out this one, I guess to me an SQ woofer would be the woofer that can play the extremely low and extremely high frequencies. It can catch all the beats of the drums and actually sounds like the drums. When I hear the woofer play, I want to hear the bass, not the woofer. I know its not that great of an answer but that would be my SQ woofer.
