Which is better? MA Audio or JBL?

My friend has a MA Audio HC1302 which claims 1300RMS at 1 ohm. I want to know if the JBL is anywhere near that or is the MA overrated? Which is better quality? This may be the decider between which amp i get cuz his *is* pretty sweet!
