which amp's better (Memphis / Audiobahn)

i have the opportunity to get either of these two amps, at pretty much the same price, yet upon close examination they seem to be almost exactly the same! Which would you recommend and why?

Audiobahn A4601T

Memphis 16-ST3004 (this is the older model, not the 16-MC3004)

I'm leaning toward the Memphis a little. any suggestions?

I trust memphis a little more due to a lower failure rate that I have seen
