Where to find CHEAP subs

I've got a bit of an unusual question for you guys. What is the absolute highest quality CHEAP-ass POS sub out there? I'm talking cheap like less than $65 shipped cheap. Thing is, I'm waiting on the elemental designs kv.2's to come out, but I can't go without bass for a whole 'nother month waiting for the preorder to come through. Anybody have any experience with chump-change subs?

Check ebay and look at the infinity subs. You could find 1 used one for pretty cheap. Hope this helps.

Found a new Polk EX-12 on Ebay (probably hard to find now), paid $35 plus shipping. Amp is new US Acoustics $49.00 160 watt bridged bought from Crutchfield, no crossover, but sub crossover on my indash EQ. Sealed box from Ebay around $15-$20 plus shipping. Sounds great for the price.

edesignaudio.com. They look dope. $90 per 12" on preorder, they ship round the beginning of July. Sounds like a helluva deal to me.
