Well just got off the phone with RE and they said they can not get ahold of him.
JR the vice press is the one taking care of this and he is in a meeting right now and was told he would find out what was going on it might take a day or 2.
But the weired thing is that The dealer in canada said he spoke with RE and gave me a bunch of BS.
I can not belive the poor support RE has for there customers in Canada.
I called them last week and they still dont know anything.
Got the same reply. JR the guy taking care of this was in a meeting and for me to call back friday. Called back friday and was told they would know what was going on by monday. Called back monday (today)and was told the same thing.
It is like they dont give a fock about there customers and that is sad.
