Whats Your Feeling On This?

I agree with everyone else... Sometimes things come up and you have to rethink your financial situation. Its happened to me before where I thought I was able to buy an item, but at the last minute other more important things popped up. Theres no obligation when it comes to an online trade agreements.

no it means don't talk **** about people you have no clue on when you have no proof your doing any better.
So where is your proof he is not living better? From an avatar picture that may or may not be even his? Also who are you to say what some one can think/discuss? I'm not saying he is right or you, but saying I can not talk about something simply because I have an older vehicle is laughable.

My brother is the perfect example. He is a very successful lawyer back home. Yet he drives the same truck he was driving while in college which happens to be an old slightly beat up explorer. Or my situation, I have a 1995 Jimmy and a few other cars(which mean nothing as I drive the truck the most). I guess I should have bought the Porsche so I can be cool and look like have money so others think I'm cool.

I don't think talking about someone's financial position is right regardless as it is 100% not your business. However, thinking one is better/worse off by looking at physical possessions is simply ignorance.

Unless you are a hippy and think that having a supportive family is what makes you wealthy/prosperous, the only way to tell somebody's financial well being is their physical posessions. Money in the bank is still a physical posession, a private one, but a posession nontheless.

It maybe frustating that the guy backed out when he has something you have wanted for a long time, but if only words were exchanged he can back out at anytime. Who knows he may have done like me and wiped out a rim and flatted 4 tires over Thanksgiving. Sideways curb jumping isn't recommended in a sports car. Contact him and see if he wants to trade later. If you are only exchanging items with no money. If it is that important to you see if he will send it if you pay for shipping.
