whats wrong with my subs? blown?

I ran too much power to two twelves that i had, and they blew i beleive,

Here's what happens, i push the cone in and its not smooth, its all hard and scraping something, so i think they blew, is there any way i can fix them?

darn!!!!! its just that i got these subs for free and they were kinda crappy but got pretty loud for offbrand subs, and i have a guy that is going to buy them for $50.00 next week, so there is no possible way for me
