i consider myself somewhat of an expert on the subject. I would say it was the kind of crack that gets rich, 16 year old girls that drive their friends to the beach everday. It's all about making money.

Any of the stupid looking rides you can see here in NC. Mostly the old school Caprices and Crown Vics that have been lifted to fit the 26" rims under them. $10000 rims + $500 car=really screwed up priorities and really bad taste.
