Whats the best head unit in the following categories?

Lets say in 3 categories: #1 under $200, under $300-400 and thirdly "as good as it gets - within reason lol". I want something that I can plug in my amp, and sub it fairly easily and that gives me good control, and sound (for all types of music), and that looks good in a car with a black intererior.
