i have had some problems with them i ordered a w3 that took 2 weeks to get here and when i called them they said it was on backorder and hadnt shipped yet. so i called them and emailed them. then i got back a nice responce that said word for word: your questions are taking up to much of our time and your order has been canceled. now im still trying to get my money back.
