I would like to see some form of rule(s) to control people just joining to sell something and leave. Perhaps post counts(out side of the fs section) and/or time spent here type of requirements to post FS threads? I'm sure there any many ways to go about this, but something really does need to be done.

I don't if that is what they do, but it does decrease scammers a bit. If some one is bent on scamming I'm sure they would go to great lengths to do so, but this would help with that.

This? A scammer doesn't really have to be a fresh face. Having an extra 30 posts won't make a difference. It will only drive away the lazy scammers (which are few and far between) and the newcomers who will bring fresh gear to our classifieds.
