What to do with dash speakers

Ok, Im planning my system out currently, and already have the sub and amp (JL 12W6v2, and Alpine MRD 500). Now my vehicle is an xtra cab toyota pickup (not much room). The factory speaker locations are in the lower dash, pointed down towards your knees. I have a set of Infinity Kappa 4" speakers there right now. I was planning on making kick panels for a set of component speakers, but I don't really know what to do with the current speakers. Imaging isn't that great with them right now as you have to turn up the highs to be able to hear them, so its easy to hear the passenger side speaker for the driver.

So, what would you do with them. I was thinking about maybe throwing them in the doors, or in the kicks if I can fit them, but not really sure. I know this is dependent on each person, so I will try it out and see for myself, Im just wondering what other people have done with speakers in not that good of locations, or would do in this situation.

I would mail them to me so I can put them in my truck. LOL Kidding. If they are uneffective in there current location move them to the door. It may take some work, but you will be able to hear them.
