what sundown audio amps are 0.5 ohm stable? looking for 3000 watts or more.

Looking to run 2 SundownAudio xv.2 10s in a ported 4th order box at 0.5 ohms. Need something 3000+ watts and stable at 0.5 ohms. currently have 2 800 watt memphis 10s on a 800 watt amp.

Why not just get the SIA3500 and run it @ 2 ohms (3,000 watts)? You can also look at the Salt 3.

i have a box build for 2 10 inch subs 4th order tuned to 44hz wanting to run 2 xv2 10s the thing is my guy who built the box said they can only work at 0.5 ohm even tho they are 2 ohm subs

He is wrong. Two V2 can run at two ohms. The SIA is 3K @ 2 ohms. Otherwise go for the SALT 3 or SALT 4.

Taramps smart bass 5k. 5k from 0.5-2 ohms and you could almost buy 3 for the price of a Sundown salt 4K.

Very happy with mine.

Hopefully you have an HO alternator and plenty of battery to run either amp though.
