what kind of amp for my subs?

i'm running 2 fosgate HE2's and am going to upgrade my amp. what i had in mind was a fosgate 500.2, fosgate power 500a2, or fosgate 800.2. which one do you guys think would be the best for me? i'm open to other suggestions too.
