Because YOU say so LOL wow what a turn of events. Go eat a diick moron. lol.
That seems like you consider eating diick to be some type of insult.
Why not say “go eat some pizza” or “go write a poem” if you have no problem with homosexuality?

Seems you are being disingenuous.

Are you lying about having a problem with homosexuality, or about having a problem with heterosexual sex that doesn’t end in conception?

Apparently you find eating diicks as enjoyable as pizza's and poems. More power to ya Sally.

So you have no problem with homosexual activity, which is why you think about it and post about it so often.
Still kind of weird that you would use the suggestion of it as if it was some type of insult.

More contradiction on your part.
The list grows.

Sure... now show the rest of the post so other readers have some context. We all know your game Rob. Post what you need to smear someone but not all of what they post because you'd look stupid.
There is no context that changes your statement the you chose heterosexuality.

Or did I miss a part where you said you also chose homosexuality? Or maybe a part where you said "I recant my earlier statement. I did NOT choose heterosexuality."?

Do you think you can just change your sexual orientation on a whim, and be heterosexual one day, and homosexual the next?

I don't have a problem with it Roberta, but you do. Which is probably one of the reason you had to make it known that you CHOSE heterosexuality. I am sure there are many, many skeletons in your closet.

Yeah, you miss a lot. Often. Ok, I am moving onto productive conversations.

Show us the digital square sound waves, not adobe stock images of a spectrum analyzer.
SOUND waves. Digital. Square.

“Since the audio signal on VHS is analog the sound should have a much smoother waveform than old RobGMN's blocky, digital waveforms.”

Is this where you are using a definition of “sound” as the binary code represented by pits in the surface of the disc, or some other definition that has nothing to do with CONTEXT here?
If digital sound is the uncontested best thing ever...why do so many high end home audiophiles still prefer the sound of wax spinning? Sound is too subjected based on the ability of the individual how they hear the full spectrum 20-20000hz...no sound media format is truly better overall...it comes down to personal preference...

Seems you have problems with reading, understanding, comprehension, remembering. You fail so hard, you must enjoy it. Never said I CHOSE. In fact, I very clearly stated I made no choice.
You fool.

P.S. - The plural of pizza is pizzas, not "pizza's". Use the apostrophe for possession or contraction, NEVER for plurals.

There are a whole bunch of reasons. But the reality is that you can make a playback of a digital file sound just like an analog LP, but good luck trying to make an analog LP sound just like the digital master it was cut from.
Just one factor is channel separation. CD playback can give you 90dB of separation. A very good t/t cart might give you 35dB.
It's easy to reduce the separation when playing back a CD. Try to increase the separation when playing back an LP.

Remember Bob Carver and his amplifier challenge?

Are you watching them on YouTube on your home entertainment system, listening on the radio, or eavesdropping when you deliver the food?
Lord knows you contribute nothing of validity.

You think you do???? Not one person leaves a conversation with you be it on here or in person and says man, that Rob really made sense, he made my life worth living. No, you are forgotten faster than a dry turd with no corn in it.

No matter how you try to explain it...you're inserting your opinion as "fact" on a very subjective issue...nobody's challenge changes that...technical details have nothing to do with the end result of does the person hearing it believe it sounds better...it's like subwoofers some feel a bit of distortion adds warmth to the tone others prefer an absolute zero distortion signal...while the distortion free tone might be the more "perfect" tone...it'll sound like trash to anyone preferring the warmth...so what's best really comes down to the person hearing it...no matter what technical jargon you throw out to be "right"...

Sorry kid, that's pretty much YOU that says or thinks that. The majority of people I converse with will look at a fact such as a Federal Regulation or a mathematical theorem or a medical textbook and say "Yeah, you can't really dispute that".
YOU on the other hand, might say something like "The Oxford English Dictionary is wrong. The editors are humans. Humans are fallible." or "Gray's anatomy is using the word 'in' wrong. it should be 'through'", or math textbook and say "average is only useful for lazy people simplifying numbers or for nefarious means".

People read what you post and wonder if you are a child who has no understanding of the world, or an adult who never matured past childhood mentality.
More vexing than fulfilling, though there is a certain pleasure gained from shredding every single theory you have posted here. I cannot lie.

Please show us your the factual data that a mass-produced VHS tape is equal to or better than the master it was created from, even if the "master" in some way is a studio-grade analog tape.

Do not confuse personal preferences over factual data. A person may absolutely prefer the sound of a symphony played through a 3" speaker in a Bose table radio over the real symphony. That's a personal preference. it does NOT mean that the Bose playback is better than the original.
Some people may prefer FM radio that highly compresses and distorts music over the original which has a much wider dynamic range. That does not mean FM is "better".

Any distortion of the original is a compromise, even if you prefer that distortion over the original.

And for an idiot like Thxone to claim (without knowing a single thing about either system or the environment they exist in) that Jimi77's VHS copy of Terminator 2 will sound better than my DVD of the same movie, is just a moron talking out his @sshole.
Why would you even attempt to take his side on such a ludicrous claim? Seriously. You might as well back him up on his claim that being a homosexual is a choice, but you are "born with" heterosexuality.

Listen jackasss, if everyone thought like you nothing would be questioned and would be taken as final as you just stated. The problem with that you moron is if you don't question anything then nothing improves, nothing evolves. So you go on with life content and ever faithfully being an unquestioning follower who makes no difference for the world.
