what is the best way to wire this setup?

sub 1: vc1 pos to amp

vc2 neg to amp

vc 1 neg to vc2 pos

sub 2: same as above

this sends 4 ohm load to amp

now bridge amp so that it "sees" half the load

ie; left ch neg

rght ch pos (check amps manual to make sure how to wire to bridge)

that should present the 2 ohm load you need.

so just wire each sub in series inside the box and run the wires in parallel from the box to the amp? Is that what you mean by bridging the amp? On a 2 channel amp you use the pos from one channel and the neg from the other channel to bridge the amp. I'm not sure how to bridge a Mono amp. Thanks for helping me out.

i believe series in box, parallel to amp is correct. sorry about the mono block thing, i should have re-read the post.

my brain ain't working....

wire your subs parallel and to amp to get the 2 ohm load..my bad!
