What is the BEST HU that plays DVDs?

I really need to know. I'm looking at the Panasonic HU's, but I really would like to know the best for this area. And also I need one that doesn't skip when I'm driving over bumps.

pioneer premier 9300 plays mp3 and dvd buuuut unfortunitly you gotta buy monitors for it...... lucky for you, you can pick up some good ones on ebay...check ito ut
