what is a "burp"...alot of guys talk abou it when they talk about comps...i just use a bass swing....what is a burp?

i could be wrong, but i think its when you just let out bass for a short moment with alot of power, like just for a few seconds or something, peace

Correct. A 'burp' is generally meant as an output from your system not of music, but of a single freq note played for SPL testing purposes. But, it is just a slang term, so Im sure the definition varies.
