What head unit should I get???

I need a new head unit. I don't need fancy displays or tv screens or mp3 changer controls or anything like that, I just want a HU that is of good quality, has at least a 5V preout, non-fading subwoofer output, and one that doesn't skip very easily. I was thinking about the Eclipse CD8051 but I don't know how much this would run me, and as much as I would like to say that money is no object, I have to admit that I don't have unlimited funds, so a more cost effective brand would definitely work, but I definitely want to stay away from anything you would buy at walmart and I expect to spend at least $250 but want to keep it under $400

I was also thinking about the Pioneer DEH-P90DAB although it only has a 4.6V preout...anyone know how much this one would cost me?
