I think Im going to run 1 e12a ported in my Xcab Siverado. Belo is what I got off of WinISD. I am not real familiar with porting, so I would like some input:

Im not sure how to read this?

I will pushing this 12 @ 1100w @ 1ohm

Its pretty much showing you the response in the enclosure, for instance, the one tuned to 40 will have a peak volume at approximately ~46 hz, but its gonna have less on that low end bass. The one tuned to 32 has a more flat response, and peaks somewhere around ~37, and will play the lower end better than the box tuned higher.
