What bluetooth do you guys use for your phones?

I have been searching this forum and others and even hit up Cnet and I get mixed reviews from going from the editors review to the customer review. Seems like it is open waters as most anything will work, but just how it links up with your phone and how comfortable it is. Seems like a lot of people like this Alpha jawbone one, but is a little pricey. Amazon.com has some killer prices, but not sure what to get.

So what do you guys use or recommend?

I have the blackberry Pearl 8130 by the way, if that helps. Thanks!

I can see why they would be useful if you travel ALOT and need to be doing business on the phone while driving.

I have no use for one though.

While at work, I don't want to be holding my phone up to my ear talking to either someone else from work, friends or whatever. I do use this phone for my job as well, so isn't like I sit on it all day talking like a girl. Plus I don't want everyone seeing me holding my phone up to my ear.

I also think it would be nice to have for while in the car as my car is 5-speed and I can shift now, but would be a lot easier with a bluetooth.

Thanks for the help toasted. I tried to help you with your camera situation, but you shit in mine. Nice!

I was not trying to hurt your feelings little buddy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cuddle.gif.bd1b29c179c0482f8313dbd790b74c94.gif

I was once looking at these before I started seeing all the hood ninjas at the mall loitering around orange julius using them. I drive my car a lot to Boston back and forth a few times a week and considered getting one just to not have to deal with the cord on my current in-ear 'headphone' one I use.

I would only use mine in the car and not walk around like a douche with it 24/7 and I did not really want another thing to charge so I was going to get one that took an AAA battery and just keep it in the car.

I asked the Telcom lady at work and she suggest Planetronics, she uses the 655 and that is what she gives to all of the execs here.

Best suggestion would be to go to Amazon and look them up along with reviews, with it getting warm out I am thinking about riding my bike again and considering also coming over to douchedome and getting one of these things also but may just stick with my corded set so I don't have to deal with the mess of linking it to my phone etc.

I have actually looked at the reviews on cNet and Amazon and like I said, seems they all have their good quailties and bad. None seem to really stick out, so thought maybe I would try here. I didn't think most people would think it was ghey to wear one of those. When I see people walking around, maybe. But when there in their car, then I think, hey that guy has it right on and trying to stay safe............when I am sure he is trying to look cool. I get what you are saying, but just with my job and my car was something I was interested in.

I actually might pick up one of those planetronics. Seems they stick out a lot besides those alpha jawbone ones.

Thanks.
