WHY?
I've been welding for almost 15 years. If some of you want my advice........Go to school for something else like engineering. The only way you're going to make good money welding is if you want to be on the road and out of town all the time. The $50 -$80 an hour and $50-$100 a day for per diem sounds enticing at first but after a few years of never being "home" it hardly seems worth it
