weird noise

those songs probably play a certain frequency which causes something in your trunk or sub enclosure to vibrate. You should try to get your hands on test CD or some device that can generate frequenties that you can control (like a synthesiser or something like that) That will let you find your resonating frequency and then you might be able to find your moise source. Some Dynamat could help to get rid of it...Hope this helps!

u upgrade your car audio system , and put a specific amp for your SUBS , in order to make them "DROP bottom , without bottomin out" in other words to reach its voice coil or suspension without goin out of order , now ur woofers reach there voice coil and they get out of order , and the cone and the coil hits the magnet , thats why the noise is produced,

to over come this problem : when u start hearing this NOISE, its either u LOWER the VOL. or decrease the BASS from the EQ , or lower the gain control a lil' bit , GOOD luck bro
