30 pills a day....shoulda gotten the physical liquid
maybe im missing something but wouldnt it be 10 pills per day...?

i need to turn some fat into muscle

since november ive basically done nothing and its starting to get noticeable

 
common myth. you cannot turn fat into muscle. they are two completely different types of tissue. adipose tissue (fat) is a connective tissue while striated muscle tissue is just that.

ahh, wasn't sure because some people think that

a. fat turns into muscle the more you workout

b. more muscle = faster fat loss

having a beer a day wont hurt. its recommended by mens health magazine if u want to gain mass and muscle. i think cuz one beer is high in carbs i dunno. you definitely want to drink protein shake about 30-60 minutes after your workout. this is when your muscles rebuild and it is good to feed them some good protein at this time. before is good too. but after is a good contributor. i only weigh 135. i was told i need to eat MORE small meals throughout the day instead of eating 3 large meals.. i was also told carbs n proteins is what i want.
