Protien supplements are great for building muscles, mainly becuase they give your body what it needs to do so, BUT, too much protien can severely damae your kidneys. Many of these people have been working out for a while and many of them know what they need to do to stay healthy. Make sure you do not neglect your body of H2O while taking these supplements, make sure of that. And even if you are drinkingplenty of water, do not take more than recommended by someone who knowswhat they are doing because it could still cause adverse side affects and cause potentially harmful problems.
