you need to work out all your muscles, not just certain areas. you will look uneven and weird if you only work out certain areas. after you work out, you need to intake protein to repair the torn muscle tissue. i eat a tuna hoagie or a PB sandwich. you can also drink those shakes, but y bother if you can eat protein that actually tastes good. and adding more cardio wont make you gain weight, itll make you lose it.Since I dont want to jack the other thread, lets finish the convo in here.
I need tips on how to start taking protein, IE what kinda, how much, when, etc.
I weigh around 145-150lbs right now, I workout 3 times a week for about an hour, and I do lots of high row, DB bench, and front lift stuff, with ending in abs. Im going to start doing legs on my off days I think,and adding more cardio.
I'd like to gain at least 10-15lbs.

What is that...ROIDS? I use creatine when I start lifting hard after football season. I have a powder that you drink 5x a day, during the 1st week, then just drink one a day or however many you want after the first week. I mix it with water and it makes a fruit drink. Keeps you well hydrated also since I take it with water.
