Your prollly not gonna be able to meet the 300 calories on college food..
And taking a shake before and after you workot might be a little tough if you are eating your regluar meals as well. And remember protein isnt exaclty cheap. I say figure out a schedule to take shakes and stick to it. They shouldnt replace alll of your meals though, you still need plenty of meat, fish, chicken to put on weight

And dont neglect the cardio
So chicken, and steaks would be good? I need shit I can either microwave, or ovencook.

Should I take a small shake (like half size) before I workout, and then the full serving afterwards?

I never take half size shakes...And if your gonna drink, try to calm down on the amount and bust your a$$ on some cardio early in the week.

Yea chicken, steaks, and fish is also another option

 
So what are some simple, easy to get food stuff that I can either eat in my dorm, or try to get at the cafeteria?
Also, what brand suppliments do you recommend, and which ones exactly
dont really need supplements bro. fish and/or flax oil are the best. lean meats and poultry will get it done. u can TRY some muscle building compounds from 1fast400, but i wouldn't recommend them. here is what ur gonna wanna do for the next year or so. it is kinda like lacquering a speaker cabinet, so it may be easy to understand. u are gonna wanna bulk up (eat lots of protein and workout to gain lots of weight) then u wanna cut (eat protein and still lift, but do lots of cardio to get off the excess fat from bulking then u are gonna want to just do reps and reps and cardio to get a steady increase of lean muscle mass without gaining BF. i have been cutting for gosh, 1 year now because i didn't have to bulk (i weighed 153 lbs in 6th grade....). i'm at 200 now and have 18% bf which isn't ideal at all still.

I enetered my junior year at 185 pounds(12%BF), and wanted to get bigger for football. Now im a senior and weigh 213 and have 9% BF, and i havent taken anything other than protein, and eaten more chicken then any normal person would ever want to..

As long as you do it, you will see results

exactly. n02 and prohormones are for people who don't have the drive and the will to do it any other way.

When I say suppl. I mean like whey protein stuff...

So heres what Im thinking...getting some whey protein, a blender, and start to eat healthier, workout my 3 times a week, and then in about 3 weeks start doing 5 days a week,with a schedule of upper bod,cardio n legs, upper bod, cardio n legs, upper bod..and on MWF end w/ abs.

I also need to start eating when I wakeup, lunch, and then before and after I workout, and then dinner, and then a later meal.

Is optimum nutrition a common brand in health stores?

ok sry. supplements for u then = whey protein and fish and/or flax oil AND THATS ALL (stupid pump pills only hurt ur heart and degrade ur body over time)

the rest of what u said is perfect. like i said, try to stay away from anything that in large quantities isn't good for u (a little wine here and there will actually help, but kegs of beer will only add excess calories and will doom you in the long run)
