The first one does not look horrible really. I'm not a fan of any of those, but considering what your trying to replace anything would be better then what is in there now.

All of those are overpriced IMO, the last one isn't too bad though, it comes with a very nice amp.

You can put together a package for around $300 new and the equipment will all be warrantied.

I strongly suggest having a custom box made for the sub with the remainder, it will be less than $100. The box is the most important item to consider when doing a sound system. A proper built ported box will yield 40-60% greater output over a sealed box.
That will sound great and get decently loud and its reliable equipment.

You must have never heard a CVR and its ability to transform every note into a sound reminiscent of what my butthole produces after a night of boozing and Taco Bell.
