And theres this one shit you can buy off of ebay that you put a STRONG *** magnet next to your oilfilter that pulls the metal to the side... how the hell would that help anything?

So if metal shards from your engine get into the oil it doesn't recirculate.

I also believe a good set of headers and exaust of one of the best things to do. Simple to install (depending on vehicle) and not to bad on the wallet.
