I have e-mailed them a couple of times asking questions..but no response. I am not sure if this business is actually up and running, or if they are still in the design process of their website.

Try here. Best prices I've seen. BTW, at vipmobile, I went thorugh the checkout and they wanted $40 for shipping and handeling!
